Just got told to not be upset after being lied to because my insurance is taking the hit now and not the drivers. I even asked 10 times plus that if she was sure that’s correct!!! Rebecca is a horrible person and said in less words “the employee that told you that was wrong” but then told me it’s ok yours won’t be dramatically affected???!!! No it’s not ok, my insurances jumps and I was told it wouldn’t which is why I never wanted to insure him under me? But I did because I was convinced otherwise!!! I did it to help my son out for lower insurance cost. Crooks and liars. Dropping them from everything after this"

"We bought a new car so I called to change over insurance. Rebekah fielded the call. What a pleasant soul she was to talk to. She got everything taken care of over the phone and sent th new cards to the house. Not very often today to get great service with out jumping thru hoops. Rebekah actually made it kinda fun.

Once again, crisis averted. Went to license another car. Noticed new insurance card wasn't in the car. Rebekah fielded the call and via text got the card. My fault, waiting till last day of the month. Thank you my friend."
