"I highly recommend this agency I have worked with this agency for more than 10 years. All of the service has been spot on. Last fall, we moved from Missouri to Illinois (family). We have now completed all the conversions for my liability umbrella, my personal articles policy, the auto policy (2 cars and a golf cart), a homeowner's policy, and cancellation of my renter's insurance. For me, it was a breeze, but I can tell that it was a lot of work on their end. Michelle and Jake (yes Jake from State Farm) in the St
Clair (MO) office did all the footwork for me. I have had State Farm insurance since I was 16 (I am now 76) and plan to continue. Don't fix what isn't broken."

"Hail damaged my roof. Hundreds of pictures to prove it on both structures. Hardly got enough to cover one structure... State Farm is a SCAM avoid giving them your money!"

"Was completely lied to by this place. Was told to add our son to the policy and accidents would carry with the driver. Just got told to not be upset after being lied to because my insurance is taking the hit now and not the drivers. I even asked 10 times plus that if she was sure that’s correct!!! Rebecca is a horrible person and said in less words “the employee that told you that was wrong” but then told me it’s ok yours won’t be dramatically affected???!!! No it’s not ok, my insurances jumps and I was told it wouldn’t which is why I never wanted to insure him under me? But I did because I was convinced otherwise!!! I did it to help my son out for lower insurance cost. Crooks and liars. Dropping them from everything after this"

"We bought a new car so I called to change over insurance. Rebekah fielded the call. What a pleasant soul she was to talk to. She got everything taken care of over the phone and sent th new cards to the house. Not very often today to get great service with out jumping thru hoops. Rebekah actually made it kinda fun.

Once again, crisis averted. Went to license another car. Noticed new insurance card wasn't in the car. Rebekah fielded the call and via text got the card. My fault, waiting till last day of the month. Thank you my friend."
